WEDNESDAY, September 23, 2009 – Crowne Plaza Hotel 

1:00 p.m.  CRAFTS AND CONVERSATION - Come join us for the afternoon – we will be making Christmas cards for the approaching season.  We’ll have time to visit and catch up while we get ahead of the holiday rush. 
 

THURSDAY, September 24, 2009

  9:15 a.m.  FLEA MARKET TO FABULOUS – Meet at the front of the hotel to

            board bus. 

Two large buildings filled with antiques, re-purposed items, and architectural salvage. You won’t believe all of the cool stuff that you can’t find anywhere else -- all at prices you won’t believe!  (And get some great ideas to help make over that stuff in your garage or attic!) 

Lunch at the Chesapeake – Dine at this elegant restaurant, a Springfield institution.  The delicious buffet features seafood and more! 

1:30 pm – BINGO Return to the hotel and get off your feet!  Prizes for all! Door prizes will be drawn every 15 minutes.  

7:00 pm – Operator of the Year Celebration – Join your favorite operator for a delicious dinner in the Ballroom, where we will celebrate with the Operator of the Year Nominees and Winners.  Come comfortable, and be ready to enjoy the music of Big Shake Daddies, from Pana, Illinois.  This eight-piece band features dinner music, show sets, and music for your dancing pleasure.

7:00 a.m. CONFERENCE BREAKFAST–EVERYONE WELCOME!  Pick up your ticket at the Registration Desk 

9:00 a.m. Glass Block Craft  Make one of the newest crafts – to suit your special décor or purpose.
